Currently operating scheduled services to Regional Routes and expanding at a steady pace. Currently with a fleet of 5 aircraft with 2 class configuration and 9 routes in such a short time.

Responsible for the overall business strategy and growth plans, business transformation, development, planning and management process, network, alliances, PR, Govt Affairs. Directly responsible for developing a bankable business plan for 5 years, aircraft, route and capacity decisions, development and acquisition of financing, Setting up operational services, development of legal framework for aircraft acquisition and operational services.

My responsibility is to articulate the organization’s overall strategy and planning process and implementation of the same.

Responsible for worldwide Passenger and Cargo sales and distribution of RAK Airways. Provide leadership and coordination in the execution of policies related to sales and distribution functions within RAK Airways by developing and implementing a robust sales and distribution strategy to achieve commercial targets. Strategic direction to ensure growth and delivery of passenger sales revenue worldwide in accordance with the corporate business plan and the objectives of RAK Airways. Responsible for the commercial success of RAK Airways network, growth of revenue and profitability of routes in worldwide sales and liaison with Civil Aviation and other Government authorities on ASA’s, Slots etc.

Responsible for SAA Operations in East Africa (Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Ethiopia, Sudan, Rwanda & Burundi) & Middle East (Gulf & Levant countries Online operations & Code Shares)

Responsible for Passenger and Cargo Sales, Marketing, Distribution, PR, Alliances, Divisional Strategy, Planning and overall Management

Responsible for the Passenger and Cargo Sales, Marketing, PR, Distribution and Overall management of SAA in Gulf and Levant (13 markets) and 5 code shares – block space operations.
