Directly responsible for developing a bankable business plan for 5 years, aircraft, route and capacity decisions, development and acquisition of financing, Setting up operational services, development of legal framework for aircraft acquisition and operational services.

Provide leadership and coordination in the execution of policies related to sales and distribution functions within RAK Airways by developing and implementing a robust sales and distribution strategy to achieve commercial targets. Strategic direction to ensure growth and delivery of passenger sales revenue worldwide in accordance with the corporate business plan and the objectives of RAK Airways. Responsible for the commercial success of RAK Airways network, growth of revenue and profitability of routes in worldwide sales and liaison with Civil Aviation and other Government authorities on ASA’s, Slots etc.
